Beginning August 15, 2008 the TFPA is having a contest to increase our membership in the TFPA. All members are allowed to participate in the contest and have a chance at winning cash. The more members you recruit the better your chances of winning a grand prize of $500 cash. Contest ends April 1, 2009. All participants will have a chance to win real cash. All it takes is one point to win the biggest cash prize.

Contest Rules

Each member who recruits and signs up a new member to the TFPA will receive two points for each paid membership of $300. Each member who recruits and signs up a former member who has not been a paying member in the last 2 years will receive 1 point for each paid membership of $300. Member must notify the membership (committee preferably by email) before or at the time the members joins in order to claim your points. The membership committee will confirm your points when the member joins.

During the annual conference in April each member will be awarded their points. The points earned will be used for a chance at a cash drawing. Each point is worth one chance to win up to $500. Everyone that draws is guaranteed to win money. The chance drawing will contain one’s, five’s, ten’s twenties, fifties, hundred’s and a grand prize of $500. For example: eight new members and 2 member renewals are worth 18 points or 18 chances to win money. Every drawings wins money…are you feeling lucky enough to win the $500? The member who earns the most points will determine the order of the drawing. Example: the member with the most points draws first or he/she may choose to draw last and then continue in that order.

New members or renewed members may only be claimed by one member to receive points. Membership committee makes the final ruling as to which member receives the points in the event more than one member is claiming the point(s).

Drawing will be held during the cocktail reception on Wednesday April 15, 2009 at Tapatio Springs Resort in Boerne, Texas.

For those who are unable to attend the conference; they may select another member to draw on their behalf.
