TFPA Board of Directors

When you join the TFPA as an active member, you have one voting membership in the association which determines the Directors of the association.

The Board of Directors volunteers their time and pays their own expenses to attend three board meetings per year. The meetings are generally held once in the winter, spring and summer. The spring meeting is held during the annual meeting.

The Board of Directors consists of no less than seven or more than nine members. Three or four members shall be elected each year for a term of two years. Two of the Board of Directors may be Associate Members. A member of the Board of Directors can serve a maximum of two consecutive terms and then must step down for a minimum of one year.
